Fishermen Community Shelter
MUARA ANGKE, NORTH JAKARTA
In 2003 A traditional fishermen community/ village was forcefully evicted from their homes giving way for property developments, Children were forced to live in temporary shelters and the number one comments was mosquitos at night. In response we delivered 2,500 blankets with some food & basic needs to the evicted fishermen village community.
Children Medicines Tsunami Relief
ACEH, NORTH SUMATERA
In December 2004 One of the worst Tsunami disaster hits Aceh province in the Nothern part
of Indonesia, estimated 150,000 people died in Thailand, Southern India, and mostly in
Indonesia.
In early 2005 Our foundation gathered a fund raising and delivered Children medicines to Aid posts in Aceh. We worked together with our partner SOKOLA (Jungle School) team to deliver the aid directly to the needed area.
Children Medicines Earthquake Relief
In 2006 One of the worst earthquake disaster hits Yogyakarta, in Central Java island, Indonesia, estimated 6,234 people died with many schools and houses destroyed. Our foundation gathered fund raising and delivered Children
medicines to the shelters in the area. We distribute through Indosiar TV company aid program since one of our founders was member of company’s management, to make sure the medicines get rightly distributed.
Basic Clothing Earthquake Relief
PARIAMAN VILLAGE, PADANG, WEST SUMATERA
On 30 September 2009 a 7.6 Richter scale earthquake hits Padang West Sumatera destroying homes, schools and buildings. hundreds of people were trapped under the rubbles of collapsed buildings and estimated hundreds of people lost their lives. In response our foundation delivered 450Kg aid mainly Babies & children clothing, diapers, blankets and basic needs, also ready to eat meal packages.
We again worked with our partner, SOKOLA (The Jungle School) field
officers to make sure our aid was delivered to those in need as quickly and
efficiently as possible and not stuck in the logistics aid shelters
